Before you choose
What happens if I go over my lead allowance?
Nothing stops. Account owners get an email at 80% and again at 100%, and tracking carries on until the end of the month. If you're regularly over, we'll suggest the next plan up.
What counts as a domain?
Each site uses one domain, and its subdomains are included. Staging addresses on platforms such as webflow.io, pages.dev, netlify.app and vercel.app don't count. A separate landing page domain counts as one more. The docs have the exact rules.
Is GST included?
Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST. Australian customers see GST added at checkout, and can enter an ABN for their tax invoice.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from the billing page and the difference is prorated. If you downgrade below what you're using, you can still edit and remove sites to get back under the new limits.
How do refunds work?
New subscriptions can ask for a refund within 14 days, and annual plans within 30 days. The refund policy has the details.
How do Agency plans work?
